Dreame T12 Pro — Cordless Floor Washer
At a glance
The T12 Pro ticks a lot of boxes for a reasonable price: 25,000 Pa, a 60-minute runtime covering up to 400 m², a 9.85 cm profile that lies flat under furniture and 95°C self-cleaning. Buyer feedback is positive. The only gap is some missing data, such as its weight, which would help judge comfort over longer sessions.
→ Measure the clearance under your furniture and compare it with the 9.85 cm profile.
→ Empty the dirty water tank before starting self-cleaning.
→ Pick up large debris before cleaning very dirty floors.

Dreame T12 Pro : complete overview
A 9.85 cm profile that gets everywhere
The Dreame T12 Pro is built around compactness: with a 9.85 cm profile and a 180° lie-flat design, it slides under most beds, sofas and low furniture. Its compact motor frees up space in the cleaning head without sacrificing power, delivering 25,000 Pa of cyclonic suction that vacuums and washes in a single pass.
Runtime made for large homes
With a quoted 60-minute runtime and a 1,000 ml clean water tank, the T12 Pro can cover up to 400 m² according to Dreame. That is enough to wash a large house without recharging or refilling halfway through. Dual TangleCut 2.0 scrapers stop hair and pet fur from wrapping around the brush, which matters over a long session.
95°C self-cleaning
Back on its base, it runs a 95°C self-cleaning cycle that treats both the brush and the base, where dirty water often leaves residue and smells. Its weight and dirty water tank capacity are not stated, but the balance between features and price is one of the model's main strengths.
