A robot that takes care of the windows
Listed here under home appliances, the Dreame C1 is a window-cleaning robot. It holds itself to the glass with 5,500 Pa of suction, then moves on its own, automatically choosing a Z-shaped or N-shaped route to suit the pane. At 27 x 27 x 8 cm, it stays compact and is easy to put away between sessions.
Better coverage of corners and edges
Its most distinctive feature is CornerClean: four brushes dedicated to the corners of the frame, an area window robots often struggle to reach. A dual spray system dampens the glass from an 80 ml tank, rated for around 60 minutes. More than ten sensors pick up edges and obstacles with a claimed precision of 2 mm, and the robot automatically resumes from its last position if it is interrupted.
Limits worth checking
Our spec sheet does not give the battery life or detail the fall-safety system, so check both before using it on an upstairs window. Like any robot of this type, it has to be moved from pane to pane and needs a little preparation: dust off heavily soiled glass first and wipe the sills by hand.
