Dreame L50 Ultra CE : complete overview
A well-equipped L50 on paper The Dreame L50 Ultra CE follows the L40 Ultra Gen 2 formula, with 5 suction levels, extending arms and 4 carpet modes, but raises suction to 28,000 Pa. Its side brush and mop extend from the body to reach corners and the space under low furniture. Dreame explicitly aims it at homes with pets, where hair tends to gather along skirting boards.
A dock that does almost everything The all-in-one station washes the mops at 80 °C, empties the dustbin automatically and cleans its own wash tray, an area where dirt builds up quickly. 80 °C is a notch below the 100 °C of the L50 Ultra AE and the L60 models, but a clear step up from a cold rinse. Allow for a footprint of 45.7 x 45.7 x 59 cm.
Better protection for rugs Among the 4 carpet modes, lifting the mops by 10.5 mm lets the robot cross most low-pile rugs without dampening them. For thicker rugs, the other modes let you steer around them while mopping. No runtime is quoted and there are no buyer reviews yet, two points worth keeping in mind.
